30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. (Due to hygiene reasons, beauty tools and personal care items cannot be returned once opened/used unless they arrive damaged).
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please take a photo/video and contact us at [support@glowgirlie.com] within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
